We moved here from Florida and met with alot of builders. Once we met with Stan and Elaine we knew we wanted them to build our home. Stan had alot of upgrades included in is home that the other builders wanted extra for. We not only love our home , but we always get compliments about our home and the neighbors are amazed with what we got compared to what their builder provided. If I had to build again we would definitely use Jordan Builders. Stan and Elaine worked very closely with us throughout the construction process and were always available to meet us at the site to make sure everything was going as planned.

Having bought many track homes throughout our lifetime, my husband and I thought building a home would be a “piece of cake”. “Wrong.” After considering several builders that told us “what we wanted to hear,” we were referred to Jordan Builders by a prior customer, who finally told us “what we needed to hear. The truth and what was involved in building as opposed to just buying a home that was already built when you bought it. For us, it was not only the professionalism, the teams knowledge of building homes in the area, and the quality of their workmanship, but it was also the chemistry and the respect we were shown by Stan and Elaine Jordan and their sub-contractors throughout the building process. Jordan Builders walked with us every step of the way, and sometimes even carried us, from the moment we sat at the table to develop our house plans to the very end when we put the Welcome mat out. From the very beginning, we were provided a detailed check-list and a budget detailing allowed costs for every area, such as flooring, counters, cabinets, lighting, etc.; we were given a time-frame for construction progress; and, consulted with at every phase of construction. Jordan Builders were easy to work with and kept us informed of our home’s progress and decision points through regular on-site and in-office visits, phone calls and e-mails. They were readily available to provide guidance and timely responses to our questions and clear accurate costs estimates for any modifications and change orders. The Jordan Builders Team and their sub-contractors truly turned our dreams into a reality making our home-building experience a pleasant one and we got a beautiful, quality built, energy –efficient home in the process. My husband and I spent 2 years researching the perfect house plan and the perfect builder for us. We had spoken to Stan Jordan at the very beginning of our planning and immediately felt comfortable with him, but decided we still needed more time to afford the “perfect” house. When we were finally ready, we spoke with 3 different builders, Stan included. Stan was the only one to give us an 8 page spec breakdown, which made us feel extremely comfortable, not to mention that his pricing was very competitive. It was a no brainer for us.
